This week at CR Performance Engineering we completed our prototype set of F-150 2.7L (2015+) EcoBoost turbochargers.
This set is a Stage 3 prototype 41mm inducer (Pictured) however we will also offer a more moderate high performing upgrade 37mm set.

Stage 1,2 or 3 is priced at $999.00 USD + Return Shipping for the upgrade of your turbochargers sent to us.
~$1980 USD a set + Shipping + (525 USD Refundable Core Charge). (2018 is an additional 500 USD for new Cores)

Stage 1 ( 36.7mm Inducer / 51mm Exducer Upgrade, with a 52 trim )
-A great upgrade from stock at 34.7mm inducer size.
– Built to order, we purchase a brand new Ford OEM set of Cores and machine them OR send us your turbos for Upgrade and we will install new journal and thrust bearings

Stage 2 ( 40.5mm Inducer / 56 mm Exducer Upgrade, 52 trim )

I’m very interested in purchasing a stage 2 or 3 turbo upgrade. I’m assuming a dyno tune will be needed after installing. I wish a also plumb In a water/alcohol injection system to help with the extra boost as well as upgraded 3 inch down tubes and exhaust. I’ve also heard with the extra boost cylinder pressure installing high output ignition coils manage the spark better.
If I send in my 2.7 ecoboost turbos and get them rebuilt with the stage 1 how much would that cost and what’s turn around time?
