CR Performance offers a Customer Satisfaction Promise.

If you are not COMPLETELY satisfied with your purchase within 30 calendar days after receiving our product, please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to accept your return with only a low restocking fee.

Limited Warranty Statement / Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy

All products manufactured by CRP are to be free from defects in material or workmanship. CRP warrants to the original buyer that it will repair or replace, free of charge, any product with a defect within the warranty period stated for the item. A copy of the original invoice is required to qualify for all warranty claims. Please refer to our Full Limited Warranty Statement.

Limited Warranty Statement Summary

-Professional installation is highly recommended.

-Warranty items are covered for replacement or repair only.

-The buyer is responsible for covering shipping postage to us for warranty claims.

-Repair kits are not covered under warranty due to the nature of requiring professional installation and rotating assembly balancing and these processes cannot be confirmed on installation. Balanced Rotating Assemblies are at our discretion.

-Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures of products caused by misuse, misapplication, negligence of the buyer, accidents, modification, abuse, improper storage, installation, repair or operation, use of unauthorized parts or other mistreatment of the buyer or his agent.

-Components or Turbochargers damaged by ingestion of foreign matter will not be covered by the warranty.

-Any competitive use will void warranty on product asides sponsored racers.

-CRP expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages related to the buyer’s use of the product.

-CRP also disclaims liability for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to, repair labor, rental vehicles, hotel cost or any other inconvenience cost. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties or guaranties, either expressed or implied, included the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and shall not extend to any buyer or to any person other than the original purchaser residing within the boundaries of the continental U.S. or Canada. As well the seller is not responsible or obligated to update previously manufactured parts that are currently under the above warranty.

HANDLING TIME & RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Our Standard Handling Time: 2 Business Days

Most of our items we will ship the day of your order or within 1 Business day. Rarely this may take up to two business days. Please note Performance Turbocharger Builds can vary in shipping time, please contact us to confirm lead time before purchase if needed.

Returns & Exchanges: Within 30 Days

We offer a 30 days (4 week) return policy if the item has not been installed or used and is kept in its original packaging. (Attempted installations validity is completely at our discretion based on circumstances) Without original packaging a 15% restocking fee will be charged and the items must not be damaged.

Please note: A 5% Payment processor fee will be deducted on returns / cancelations to cover payment processor transaction fees. (At our discretion up to 5% may also be deducted as a Restock Fee for custom built low volume product) 

Please note: Your initial shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.

Refund payment timeline: 5-10 business days to issue your refund credit. (Our team needs time to receive and inspect your return, payments also take time to process with both our payment processor and your financial institution. We are not Amazon, thank you for your patience.) 

Note Shipping Damage Time Limit is 3 Days: If any items are damaged in shipping. Please notify us within 3 days to comply with major shipping companies claim policy.

Refund Shipping Charges: Normally the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping postage for refunds. We will only refund the return shipping postage if you received the incorrect item.

Returns & Cores from USA: Must be sent via FedEx, United States Postal Service (USPS), or DHL. Contact us for full shipping instructions for core returns.  (UPS IS NOT ACCEPTED)

There are no limits to Canadian Shipping options.

Please Note we do not accept COD Shipments for Returns or Core Shipments

 

We DO NOT accept returns or Core Shipments via UPS from USA

This is unfortunately due to highly Non-competitive UPS brokerage and COD Fees.

We actively work to avoid corporations that lie to their customers, UPS associates advised in a call that self-clearing is not possible on commercial shipments. We know for a fact you can self-clear all shipments. Any UPS shipments with COD received will be returned to sender at their expense.

 

All import taxes & duties if applicable arising from shipping outside of Canada shall be accepted by the buyer

Please be advised we do not sell on Amazon marketplace currently.

Another supplier using our name without our permission is selling transmission cooling lines and similar products, we receive multiple calls daily with issues on these products and fitment troubles.

We are not affiliated or work with this operation whatsoever using our name, please reach out to them via the Amazon marketplace channels with any issues with their products. They have no product support line or phone number for customer service.
