FARO ARM MEASUREMENT & HIGH PRECISION METROLOGY SERVICES
We provide precision FARO CMM Coordinate Measuring Machine services yielding high accuracy geometric data for reverse engineering applications and QC control.
Our Platinum Faro arm is accurate to 0.0125mm / 0.0005” single point accuracy and easily capable of greater using multi point measurement.
Our system is fully portable and we provide this CMM service at our location or offsite at your location. We can provide solid model data for your use with any standard CAD Package. Or we can confirm measurements as a portable CMM for your Quality Control needs.

3D SCANNING METROLOGY SERVICES
We provide 3D Laser Scanning of components at our location along with offsite at your location.
3D Scanning is accomplished using our state of the art FARO Freestyle 3D Scanner. This scanner provides rapid acquisition of engineering data and excellent 1.5mm / 0.059″ accuracy or better. Data is available in point cloud form with colour and normal vector information. Giving a excellent visual reference along with engineering data.

With minimal post processing we can provide surfaces or solid models as needed for your application. We are capable of full scans of a room up to 8m³ or large components such as a car, we can also scan smaller components such as automotive parts.
