All products manufactured by CRP are to be free from defects in material or workmanship. CRP warrants to the original buyer that it will repair or replace, free of charge, any product with a defect within the warranty period stated for the item. A copy of the original invoice is required to qualify for all warranty claims. Please refer to our Full Limited Warranty Statement.

Limited Warranty Statement Summary
-Professional installation is highly recommended.
-Warranty items are covered for replacement or repair only.
-The buyer is responsible for covering shipping postage to us for warranty claims.
-Repair kits are not covered under warranty due to the nature of requiring professional installation and rotating assembly balancing and these processes cannot be confirmed on installation. Balanced Rotating Assemblies are at our discretion.
-Warranty requests must be returned and inspected at our discretion to qualify for a claim.
-Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures of products caused by misuse, misapplication, negligence of the buyer, accidents, modification, abuse, improper storage, installation, repair or operation, use of unauthorized parts or other mistreatment of the buyer or his agent.
-Components or Turbochargers damaged by ingestion of foreign matter will not be covered by the warranty.
-Any competitive use will void warranty on product asides sponsored racers.
-CRP expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages related to the buyer’s use of the product.
-CRP also disclaims liability for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to, repair labor, rental vehicles, hotel cost or any other inconvenience cost. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties or guaranties, either expressed or implied, included the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and shall not extend to any buyer or to any person other than the original purchaser residing within the boundaries of the continental U.S. or Canada. As well the seller is not responsible or obligated to update previously manufactured parts that are currently under the above warranty.
HANDLING TIME & RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Our Standard Handling Time: 2 Business Days
Most of our items we will ship within 1 Business day if in stock. Rarely this may take up to two business days. Please note Performance Turbocharger Builds are built on demand and can vary in shipping time, please contact us to confirm lead time before purchase if needed.
DHL expedited US shipping and international shipping on request. Please note, We pay full freight charges (Shipping Costs) and the purchaser is responsible for any (Duties, Brokerage Fees Taxes Etc.) Our products will be marked correctly as Canadian made CUSMA compliant goods with correct HS codes to reduce these fees as much as possible. Details seen below on current US Tariffs policy.
U.S.A. customers please note, If you need parts fast please select DHL on checkout. Note the other options we are offering are Freight Forwarding that is occurring once weekly, non DHL shipping options offered will have an additional handling time of up to 7 Days depending on when the order was placed.
Freight Forwarding shipping options.
We have partnered with a local Freight forwarder and will ship weekly our smaller orders, We pay full freight charges (Shipping Costs) and for most of these Freight forwarding options will include all (Duties, Brokerage Fees Taxes Etc.) in the shipping costs charged at checkout. These will ship via USPS and other USA based providers accordingly. We will request signature when possible, all shipments will have tracking numbers provided once shipped in our weekly shipment. We are not responsible for lost orders if tracking confirms delivery, please ship to an appropriate address with this in mind or use the DHL option.
Note we are not responsible for any additional charges occurring from revisions caused by US customs upon import. Our products will be marked correctly as Canadian Made CUSMA compliant goods with correct HS codes to reduce these fees as much as possible. Details seen below on current US Tariffs policy.
Domestic Shipping will be offered with Canada Post & FedEx
DHL does not offer domestic shipping options so we will support our Canadians with these options.
Returns & Exchanges: Within 30 Days
We offer a 30 days (4 week) return policy if the item has not been installed or used and is kept in its original packaging. (Attempted installations validity is completely at our discretion based on circumstances) Without original packaging a 15% restocking fee will be charged and the items must not be damaged.
Please note: A 5% Payment processor fee will be deducted on returns / cancellations to cover payment processor transaction fees. (At our discretion up to 5% may also be deducted as a Restock Fee for custom built low volume product)
Please note: Your initial shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.
Refund payment timeline: 5-10 business days to issue your refund credit. (Our team needs time to receive and inspect your return, payments also take time to process with both our payment processor and your financial institution. We are not Amazon, thank you for your patience.)
Note Shipping Damage Time Limit is 3 Days: If any items are damaged in shipping. Please notify us within 3 days to comply with major shipping companies claim policy.
Refund Shipping Charges: Normally the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping postage for refunds. We will only refund the return shipping postage if you received the incorrect item.
Returns & Cores from USA: Must be sent via FedEx, United States Postal Service (USPS), or DHL. Contact us for full shipping instructions for core returns. (UPS IS NOT ACCEPTED)
There are no limits to Canadian Shipping options.
Please Note we do not accept COD Shipments for Returns or Core Shipments
We DO NOT accept returns or Core Shipments via UPS from USA
This is unfortunately due to highly Non-competitive UPS brokerage and COD Fees.
We actively work to avoid corporations that lie to their customers, UPS associates advised in a call that self-clearing is not possible on commercial shipments. We know for a fact you can self-clear all shipments. Any UPS shipments with COD received will be returned to sender at their expense.
All import Taxes & Duties & Tariffs if applicable arising from shipping outside of Canada shall be accepted by the buyer
US Customers Please Note:
Our products are CUSMA compliant and therefore should not currenty see any Tariff charges on delivery at this time.
The rules that govern whether a product qualifies for USMCA preference are unchanged by the recent tariff updates and are found in 19 CFR 182.
These tariff updates have been implemented on the effective date and as such, there is no retroactive application.
Core Returns – From Purchase of New performance Turbochargers
Note Only NEW turbocharger(s) have a core charge and therefore a credit if returned to CRP. Send in for upgrade options / super cores do not have a core charge in the price, therefore no core credit.
-Turbochargers valid for core credit are full and complete, no missing parts and have all housings, CHRA and actuators. There must be no extensive damage without contacting us first for approval.
–Turbocharger Cores must be returned within 6 Months of your purchase date. Past this timeline we are not able to refund your initial payment method. We recommend returning cores within 3 months to avoid delays of your refund.
(For some cases when in demand we may offer to purchase turbocharger cores at a ~50-80% of the initial core charge past this timeline, offers are dependent on core condition, contact us for details)
